OUR ORIGIN STORY
My mother loves cooking. She gives much importance to bring taste and health to the food we eat. As we shifted to millets, my mother experimented various ways to make our meals tasty. Guests who visited our house would praise her for the tasty meals she made, inspite of our shift to millets. Soon everyone wanted to make such dishes at their homes but would complain they do not have the time to prepare such foods. This was the spark for creating our Masala products. With her name, we started to make the range of masala products.
Our idea about chemical fertilizer came with a visit to the naturopathy doctor. Initially we were advised to use mud pots for cooking and consume millets. With the change of our cooking habits , We came to know about the ill effects of chemical fertilizers in our groceries and veggies. We gradually shifted to using chemical free groceries through a group of farmers who had invested their lives to farm chemical free millets, native rice varieties, pulses and spices. So, We are able to source chemical free raw materials through such farmers who use Native and Organic farming methods.
We at Paval Foods and Masala, are invested in the idea to bring cheaper chemical free masala and mixes to everyone’s home.
